Dream Big is a celebration of resilience and the boundless possibilities that arise when we dare to dream. This piece features Misty Copeland, the first Black female principal dancer with the American Ballet Theatre, gracefully riding an orca whale as they ascend through the cosmos. The orca, known for its strength and endurance, symbolizes the journey through challenges toward triumph.

In this painting, I aimed to capture the essence of perseverance and the beauty of breaking barriers. Misty's poised ascent atop the orca represents the harmony between grace and power, illustrating that with determination, we can navigate through any depths to reach our dreams.

This artwork is a part of my ongoing exploration of human potential and the interconnectedness of our experiences. It's a reminder that we are all made of stardust, capable of illuminating the universe with our unique light.
